EcoShift Collective is a next-gen led climate fund that aligns the overlapping passions of family members to act as agents of change toward a more sustainable world.

Our Mission

EcoShift Collective contributes flexible, impact-first capital to preserve our environment and protect it for all living beings. Our mission targets three critical areas for creating a lasting impact:

Transitioning from Fossil Fuels:

We’re committed to shifting towards a clean energy economy, moving away from traditional fossil fuel dependencies.

Optimizing Food, Agriculture, and Land Use:

Our investments support a shift towards
practices that are both sustainable and fair, ensuring a balanced ecosystem.

Promoting Equitable Access to Climate Solutions:

We believe in the power of inclusion to shift towards effective and collective climate action.

EcoShift Collective is comfortable with both ongoing support for critical work and with serving as an impetus for transformative innovation, new initiatives and technologies.

Our Strategies for Impact

EcoShift Collective employs a multi-faceted approach to investment, focusing on:

Innovation

We back pioneers — including researchers, technologists, entrepreneurs, and organizations—developing essential tools and systems for climate action.

Implementation

Our investments support the practical application
of climate solutions by governments and communities, aiming for widespread adoption.

Influence

We invest in shaping climate policies and narratives to foster a culture that embraces collective climate action.

EcoShift Collective chooses a human-centered approach to ground and direct how they contribute
to the fight against climate change.

Investment Tools for Impact

To achieve our goals, we leverage a variety
of investment instruments, including:

Direct Debt/Equity Investments

Fund-to-fund Investments

Charitable Contributions

EcoShift Collective believes in making investments that can scale. This will require innovation. Technological advancements are an important piece of this innovation, but so are entrepreneurs, financial strategies, community-based initiatives, and new types of cross-sector partnerships that prioritize results.

Meet the Founders

Brian Tepper, Randi Tepper, Casey Tepper
